World Marketing Summit 2022 begins ‘Building a Better World through Modern Marketing’

The summit, held online with the theme of ‘Building a Better World through Modern Marketing,’ is jointly organized by Northern Education Group and the country partner of Cutler Impact in Bangladesh

The World Marketing Summit 2022 started on Sunday. The two-day summit is being held for the third time and will end on Monday. 
The summit, held online with the theme of ‘Building a Better World through Modern Marketing,’ is jointly organized by Northern Education Group and the country partner of Cutler Impact in Bangladesh, reads a press release. 
About 10 crore visitors from 160 countries including Bangladesh are participating in the summit.
In this year’s World Marketing Summit, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni, Economic Adviser Dr Moshiur Rahman, ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Grameenphone CEO Yasir Azman and Dhaka University IBA Professor and World Marketing Summit’s Global Advisor, Professor Dr Abu Yusuf Md Abdullah will speak from Bangladesh.
World Marketing Summit 2022 at a glance
Technology organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google are sponsoring tickets for two million Bangladeshi university-level students at the World Marketing Summit 2022 and the financial value of which is about Tk2000 crore.
Dr Abu Yusuf Md Abdullah said: “World Marketing Summit 2022 is being held under the initiative of Philip Kotler, who is known as the Father of Marketing. Professor Philip Kotler has been successfully conducting marketing-related programs in different countries of the world since 2012. Its main objective is to impart marketing ideas, create awareness and inform about modern marketing around the world. This will lead to a better understanding of how to protect the world from environmental degradation through poverty alleviation, business expansion, health and environmental improvement, and consumer rights.”
He also said that the summit would have more importance this year. Because in the next 10 years, Kotler Impact Inc had undertaken a special project to make 100 million young people around the world take initiative in building a better world.
